QA and Sustainability

Key issues about the development of the curriculum were taken into consideration (agreement on the methodology, including learning outcomes, module templates, reflection of the Bologna tools like, ECTS, student-centred approaches). Students/PhD candidates participating in guest lectures and taking developed courses were invited to fulfil student questionnaire/survey to identify strengths and weaknesses of each developed curriculum.

Besides, partners conducted an assessment of their Ombudsman Offices in order to compare the standards and criteria applied in EU with the development of their home Offices. The assessment helped to determine whether the Office resembles ideal ombudsman institution should look like; to identify any gaps in the Ombudsman tasks and responsibilities.
